必须要有当地董事（新加坡公民/永久居民/EP持有者）和法定秘书，这是新加坡公司法规定的，必须要有，不需要特别去雇人，注册新加坡公司都需要通过当地有牌照的代理来申请，当地代理公司一般都可以帮你提供挂名董事、秘书和当地地址
